Paige Creamer: Coming Home to Herself, Expanding Capacity, and Creating Moon Baby

Paige’s story is a life shaped by deep initiation, honest reckoning, and an unwavering devotion to returning home to herself. Paige grew up in Steubenville, Ohio, and eventually made her way to Pittsburgh, where she signed up for yoga teacher training without knowing a single person. That training became the doorway to everything.

She created her first class at Om Lounge before she felt ready, before she had a community. Students connected not because she was polished, but because she was present. And in that presence, something else started to form. Moon Baby didn’t start as a business plan, it started as intuition. As a feeling she trusted before she fully understood it.

What began as Reiki sessions on a futon evolved into Moon Baby Method Works, a school for Reiki, embodied energetics, and community healing. Paige built it client by client, moment by moment, by learning to stay with herself, even when staying was the hardest thing to do.

But, Paige's story goes much deeper than her work.

There was a period in Paige’s life where she didn’t want to stay at all. After her first suicide attempt, she found herself in the psych ward, where a doctor would enter her room every morning and ask,

“Paige, how do you want to live?”

And each morning, her answer was the same:

“I don’t.”

She fought life because she did not yet know how to live inside herself.

And yet, she made it through. She stayed. And staying became the foundation of her purpose. The alchemy of her story is not in surviving those moments, but in the capacity she built from them. In the presence she had to learn in order to live. In the way she now helps others build that same presence within themselves.

In the second part of our conversation, Paige talked about how healing is often a “presence problem”. Not a lack of tools, not a lack of knowledge, but a lack of being here. Without abandoning ourselves. She talks about capacity building, nervous system work, and the hunger for becoming that lives inside all of us.

Her depth is not conceptual, it’s lived. Everything she teaches is something she touched first.

Today, Paige is a yoga instructor, Reiki teacher, intuitive guide, and the creator of a community where people can take a deeper drink if they choose. She works with individuals, groups, nurses, and anyone who feels called to come home to themselves. Her work is high touch, relational, honest, and rooted in reverence for the human experience.

Paige, thank you for sharing your story with so much clarity and truth. And, I love that you’re here.

Thank you for being here.
